Felt like changing up Neon Boom's design a little bit~ I tried to make her hair look like fire c:
I see a lot of Ponys with Neon Booms boots, so i changed them too, so they have crown parts on it now.
Also changed her lower necklace and ear; I will make a ref for it soon.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactTo be honest, I really like how she's changed~ All I can see that's bad is this:
Her hair toward the top seems a bit too big, and flares out to the side a little topp much. The gradients on her boots could use a little bit more red or pink to complete the full rainbow "scale". Instead of using white to outline her wings and necklaces, you might want to use a slightly darker color, it kinda clashes a little~
I LOVE how you put leopard print on her ear. And her fiery-ness of her hair looks amazing. I'd like know if her wings are any different before~
I still love her design!
